Click "Proceed to Checkout", fill in your delivery details, and choose your payment method.

4. Complete Payment

Select from our payment options including Pay Small Small for flexible installments.

Full Payment

Pay the complete amount using credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or bank deposit.

Pay Small Small (Installments)

Current installment rules:

• Available only for solar panels, inverters, and batteries
• The first payment combines the 20% down payment and the single 4% administrative fee
• The remaining balance can be paid over 6 or 10 scheduled monthly payments, subject to approval
• The total payable includes a 48% financing charge; the 4% administrative fee is charged only once
• The displayed quote includes the applicable financing charge
• Payments are verified manually by an admin using the submitted payment reference

Supported Payment Methods

• Regular purchases: Paystack and other displayed checkout methods
• Pay Small Small: offline payment using instructions supplied after approval

How to Track:

1. Visit the Track Order page
2. Enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
3. Click "Track Order" to see real-time status

How to Cancel:

1. Go to My Orders
2. Find the order you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" button
4. Provide a reason for cancellation
5. Confirm cancellation
